Curious Egyptian hieroglyph

I was researching the other day and came upon this hieroglyph and found it very curious. Here for the first time we see a very human looking figure holding a staff. The Human does not have any Egyptian clothing/headdresses on its body. Around the staff, we see symbols including the ANKH (or light and time*) a double-helix, the "Aquarius" symbol, possibly representing energy, and some unknown symbols. Apparently it is an image of Itush and funny that I had to add "Egyptian Itush" to my google search because "Itush" by itself brought up "Itouch". HMM!

*ANKH has been interpreted as E=MC2 and the creation of the physical universe.
