5 More Websites I Frequently Visit

1. http://abduzeedo.com/
- Abduzeedo is a blog about design. There are all sorts of articles for those who want to look for inspiration. Also you will find very useful tutorials for the most used applications out there, with a special selection of Photoshop Tutorials and Illustrator Tutorials. Of course there are other softwares conteplated like Pixelmator, Fireworks, and web design tutorials. One of the goals of Abduzeedo is to be an open channel to the design community, encouraging feedback. The Daily Inspiration is a proof of that, everybody can send images that inspired them so we can share with the community. Possibly one of my favorite websites out there and I wish I could spend more time on it. It is practically a social network for the design community is the best way to describe it.

Abduzeedo, "The blog's name means abducted in Portuguese. I changed its spelling from "abduzido" to "abduzeedo" so I could add the name of the company I founded in 2004, ZEE." - Fabio Sasso, Founder.

I really love the layout of this website. The dark color gray gives it a mysterious feel as well as folded CYM triangle gives it an esoteric feel which accomplishes the 'abducted' concept. Its a simple blog style layout which it divides its' content up into the container style. There is enough room so that it doesn't feel cluttered, but it doesn't feel like there's something missing.

2. http://www.deviantart.com/

- This is a website where it prides itself being where ART meets application. Another community website geared towards art. Its more of a wider audience than Abduzeedo and therefore the quality of art is lesser, but there are a lot of great artists. The resources are great and plentiful. The website is designed to keep up-to date with the other community websites and has a nice drag-and-drop feature. I feel though, that they could do more with their layout.

3. http://www.etsy.com/
- I really love this store concept. It is like an ebay, but directed towards artists, designers and crafters. Its got an indie flare to it while still keeping up with the current web 2.0 look. It features a big easy to find menu at the top and then a secondary menu column on the left.

4. http://www.scientificamerican.com/
- Scientific American is a popular science magazine/news blog. Features classic colors, blog style layout, menu with drop menus and a multimedia section. Information is easy to find as well it is organized. Posts are filled with scientific releases and discussions.

5. http://www.lawofone.info/
- One of the most popular and accurate transmissions of esoteric knowledge in our time, The Law of One offers spiritual insight and explanations from a being known to the Sumerians as Ra, who was the Father of all Creation. This info was deemed %95 accurate by a 'black ops' insider. There are 104 sections about the current changes going on with Earth and why certain things happen on this world. 'Channeled' should not be the word to describe this as it was transmitted through three different people making it more reliable than a single channeler. For a website that solely focuses on information presentation, it is well organized and easy to read. The search is easily found. The reader has two options to view the information by section and category. It is a well design website for virtually having no layout, and a website in the most basic format.
